1. About GasSnap

GasSnap is a fuel price intelligence platform operated by CelSoft Solutions LLC ("GasSnap," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide tools for independent gas station operators to submit and track fuel prices, and for consumers to find accurate fuel prices in their area.

By accessing gassnap.app or receiving SMS messages from GasSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GasSnap. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Station operators must be authorized representatives of the gas station they register.

3. Operator Accounts

Station operators who register with GasSnap agree to the following:

• Accurate information: You will only register stations you own or are authorized to represent. You will provide accurate station information including address and location.
• Accurate prices: You will submit only your actual current fuel prices. Submitting false or misleading prices to manipulate competitor data or deceive consumers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the platform.
• One account per station: Each physical station location may have one GasSnap account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• SMS consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from GasSnap including daily price submission reminders. Message frequency is approximately once per day. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

4. Price Data and Accuracy

GasSnap displays fuel prices from two sources: prices submitted by registered station operators, and prices sourced from Google Places API for contextual competitor data. We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price displayed on the platform.

Consumers should verify prices at the pump before making fueling decisions. GasSnap is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from price discrepancies between what is displayed on our platform and what is charged at the pump.

5. SnapVerify Photo Submission

Operators may optionally submit photos of their price signs for SnapVerify verification. By submitting a photo, you:

• Confirm you have the right to photograph and submit the image
• Grant GasSnap a non-exclusive license to use the image for price verification purposes
• Consent to the image being processed by Google Cloud Vision API

Photos are not used for advertising or shared publicly without your consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or artificially manipulated fuel prices
• Register stations you do not own or have authority to represent
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or commercially redistribute GasSnap price data without a data licensing agreement
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other operators or consumers
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access accounts that are not yours
• Use automated tools to submit prices or interact with the platform in ways not intended
• Impersonate another operator or GasSnap staff

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and removal from the platform.

7. SMS Messaging Terms

GasSnap sends automated SMS messages to registered station managers for the purpose of daily price submission reminders.

• Message frequency: Approximately 1 message per day per registered station
• Message and data rates may apply
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message
• To get help: Reply HELP or email support@gassnap.app
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

8. Intellectual Property

GasSnap, SnapVerify, and all associated logos, designs, and platform code are owned by CelSoft Solutions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Fuel prices you submit remain your information. By submitting prices, you grant GasSnap a license to display, aggregate, and distribute that price data as described in these terms.

9. Data Licensing

GasSnap may license aggregated, verified fuel price data to third parties including navigation platforms, fleet management companies, and financial data providers. Individual operator identity is not disclosed in data licensing arrangements. Operators who contribute price data to the platform may be eligible for revenue sharing under a separate cooperative agreement.

10. Disclaimers

GasSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, that prices displayed are accurate, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Competitor price data sourced from Google Places API is provided under Google's terms and attributed accordingly. GasSnap does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GasSnap and CelSoft Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GasSnap in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GasSnap and CelSoft Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, submission of false prices, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users. You may stop using GasSnap at any time by contacting us to request account deletion.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via SMS. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
