GasSnap is operated by Celsoft Solutions LLC, based in Texas, United States. We build tools that help independent fuel retailers submit and track fuel prices, and help consumers find accurate prices near them.

We collect information in two ways — directly from you, and automatically when you use our platform.

If you are a registered station manager, you will receive automated SMS messages from GasSnap containing your daily price submission reminder and your unique station link. Message frequency is approximately once per day. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. Opting out will stop all automated messages but will not delete your account or station data.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to send GasSnap platform messages.
Prices you submit through GasSnap are published publicly on our platform. By submitting a price, you consent to that price being displayed on gassnap.app and potentially shared with navigation platforms and data partners who license our verified price feed.
Competitor price data displayed on our platform is sourced from Google Places API and is attributed accordingly. We do not claim ownership of third-party price data.
If you submit a photo of your price sign for SnapVerify verification, that image is processed by Google Cloud Vision API to extract price text. Photos are stored securely and used only for verification purposes. We do not use your photos for advertising or share them with third parties outside of the verification process.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Price submission history is retained indefinitely as it forms part of our verified price database. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, though aggregated price data may be retained in anonymized form.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.

GasSnap is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via SMS or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
